The AI Accelerator Institute holds its Agentic AI Summit in Toronto on Nov. 12 at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, at 525 Bay Street. The organizer says it expects more than 500 attendees from more than 200 companies.
The event page pitches the summit to engineering teams trying to turn agent demos “into systems that hold up in production.” It promises “no marketers, no vast expo hall.”
The organizer says 80% of attendees are senior management and that the audience spans more than 15 industries. It lists more than 30 speakers. Those figures come from the organizer and haven’t been checked by AgenticFeed.
Speakers
The page’s partial speaker list includes people from AI labs and from Canadian financial companies. Peter Yaworski, a member of technical staff at Anthropic, and Victor Krim, a senior AI engineer at OpenAI, are listed, along with Alexandre Krantz, a deployment strategist at Mistral AI, and Saira Qureshi, a senior engineering manager at NVIDIA.
From Toronto’s banks and insurers, the list includes Attila Barta, chief architect for TD’s AI platform, Olga Tsubiks of RBC, Zeinab Alliji, head of AI for wealth technology at BMO, and Sunita Kumari of Manulife.
Other speakers include Sam Lightstone, a distinguished engineer at Airbnb, Haider Zaidi, a deployed engineer at LangChain, and engineers from Unilever, HelloFresh and Moody’s Analytics.
How the day runs
The event is split into stages, and one ticket covers all of them, the organizer says. A headliner stage runs from 9 to 10:30 a.m. with talks from frontier labs and enterprise AI leaders.
From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., two summit tracks run side by side.
The Agentic AI Summit track covers how to “build reliable systems that can reason, act and complete real tasks,” while a Generative AI Summit track focuses on applications built on models. A separate workshop track runs alongside them.
Workshops and roundtables will cover evaluation, tooling, reliability and scale, according to the organizer. The page says sessions will look at architectures, trade-offs and failure modes behind agent systems, and at testing agents “in real-world conditions, not sandboxed demos.”
The registration page offers C$100 off a pass. Passes are sold to startups, teams and individuals, and the organizer offers a template letter for asking a manager to approve the cost. The page doesn’t list base prices.
The Toronto summit is part of a series. The organizer has held Generative AI and Chief AI Officer summits in Boston on Oct. 29 and lists its next Toronto date as May 12, 2027.
