The Agentic Transformation Summit runs Nov. 4 and 5 at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel, according to its organizer, the AI & Data Analytics Network. The event page bills it as a gathering on “designing, governing, and scaling the agentic enterprise.”

The organizer expects more than 200 senior AI and transformation leaders, more than 40 speakers and at least 14 practitioner-led case studies. It says 90% of speakers are practitioners.

What’s on the agenda

The program centers on back-office work, where the organizer says many companies are seeing the most immediate results from agents. It names finance and compliance among the functions it will cover.

It also plans sessions by industry. The event page lists financial services and banking, pharma, retail and consumer goods, and oil, gas and heavy industry as the sectors where it says adoption is furthest along.

Governance gets its own track.

The organizer says at least four of the experts on the program worked on the EU AI Act or on ISO and CEN AI standards. CEN is the European Committee for Standardization. Listed speakers include Aleksandr Tiulkanov, a lead implementer for ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems, and Elena Maran, an external expert adviser to a CEN working group.

The page groups its themes into four areas. They cover enterprise architecture and operating models, trust and governance in regulated industries, picking use cases tied to business needs, and measuring return on investment.

The rest of the speaker list leans toward large European companies. It includes Conny Ploth, vice president of global AI transformation at Santander, Marco Eijsackers of ING, John Hearty, vice president of AI governance at Mastercard, and Marco Dutsch, who leads an AI innovation lab at IKEA. Speakers from Philips, Siemens Healthineers, Equinor and Nestle are also listed.

Two events on one ticket

New this year, the summit runs alongside the Business Transformation Europe Summit at the same venue, and one ticket covers both, according to the organizer. Each conference has its own program, with a shared networking area.

The two audiences meet on the afternoon of the second day for discussions between chief AI officers and chief transformation officers, the page says. The organizer says the pairing is meant to take conversations beyond technology to the cultural and structural changes a rollout requires.

This is the second year for the event. The organizer says its first Agentic AI Summit in Amsterdam, held in October 2025, drew more than 175 leaders. It lists companies that sent attendees last year, including AstraZeneca, Barclays, JP Morgan and UNICEF.

The event page also makes claims about the market. It says agents could drive 30% to 50% efficiency gains and that up to 40% of agentic AI projects could fail by 2028. It doesn’t say who produced those figures, and AgenticFeed hasn’t checked them.

The organizer also offers a downloadable EU AI Act timeline and interviews with speakers from Mastercard and Equinor ahead of the event.
